CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3 lb. fryer, cooked, deboned and cut in chunks 1/4 box soda crackers (one stack) 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth Layer crumbled crackers (crumble with hands) then layer chopped chicken. Mix other ingredients and put a layer of that. Repeat. Cover crushed crackers and drizzle butter. Bake until brown or about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
