PINEAPPLE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow Jiffy cake
2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Bake cake mix per box instructions. Mix 1/2 cup milk with softened cream cheese. Add 2 cups milk and vanilla pudding. Spread on cake. Layer pineapple on pudding mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Chill before serving.
