PINEAPPLE CAKE DELIGHT 
BATTER:

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice

FILLING AND TOPPING:

1 lg. (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

BATTER: Mix eggs, oil and vanilla. Fold in oranges. Pour this batter into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, cool.

Put filling between layers, on top, and on sides. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days!
