CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts (or 2 lb. deboned chicken)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 tsp. curry (optional)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
10 or 12 oz. steamed or frozen broccoli
2 c. shredded cheese

Layer cooked broccoli and chicken in casserole dish. Combine mayonnaise, soup, curry, lemon and 1/2 of cheese. Pour over broccoli mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or in microwave for 20 to 30 minutes on high covered with wax paper. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
