BROCCOLI DISH 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. sharp cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm croutons)

Cook and drain broccoli. Blend all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 2 quart casserole. Serves 8-10.
