BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
2 slices bacon
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup

Fry bacon until crisp. Cool and crumble bacon and combine butter, bread crumbs and bacon. Cook broccoli for 10 minutes in a little water. Drain and add soup, mix. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crumb mix. Bake 20-30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Oven at 375 degrees.
