PORK CHEESY GHOSTS 
2 lb. ground pork
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk

Sprinkle garlic, salt, sage and pepper over meat; add bread crumbs, onion, celery, egg and milk, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Divide mixture into 8 meatballs with cheese in center of each. Place on rack in jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepared biscuit dough, using 1 cup milk. Remove meatballs from rack; clean rack and pan. Lightly grease rack. Roll dough 1/8 inch thick and cut into 8 (5 1/2 inch) circles. Wrap meatballs in dough and place on rack in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 11 to 14 minutes. Serves 8.
