MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
Unbaked pie crust
1/4 c. butter
3 squares baking chocolate
3 eggs
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Beat eggs with fork in small bowl. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and vanilla. Pour this mixture into saucepan and mix well with chocolate mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set; firm on top but soft inside. Serve warm with vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
