PEACH ICE CREAM | |
5 egg yolks 2 c. sugar 1 lg. can Carnation 1 c. peach nectar 5 egg whites, beaten stiff 1 qt. homogenized milk 8 or 10 fresh peaches, mashed and sweetened (or frozen peaches) Beat egg yolks the 2 cups sugar until smooth. Add the Carnation and remaining ingredients, folding in the egg whites last. Freeze in hand or electric freezer. Makes 1 gallon. |
