CHERRY GARNISH 
1/2 c. cherry juice
2 tbsp. sugar
Red food coloring
Canned cherries
2 tsp. corn starch

Blend 1/2 cup cherry juice, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons corn starch. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and clear. Stir in few drops of food coloring if necessary. Add the canned cherries. Cool and garnish top of pie. Be sure cherry glaze is cool before garnishing pie.
