MACARONI & TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained
1 lb. large elbows or small shells
3 eggs, hard boiled and grated
Mayonnaise (to taste) approximately 1 1/2 cups
Salt, pepper
Garlic powder (optional)
Grated onion or onion flakes
Chopped celery, 2 stalks
2 shredded carrots
Paprika

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Cool.

Add tuna, eggs, onion, celery, carrot, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle paprika over top.
