FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until brown. Cool.

PREPARE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Blend together. Spread on cooled crust.

PREPARE GLAZE TOPPING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. pineapple or orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water

Stir. Cook until mixture starts boiling, stir occasionally. Cool. Arrange fruit on top of crust and filling. Strawberries cut in halves around outer edge. Sliced pineapple, peaches, bananas and kiwi. Garnish with whole strawberries in center. Spoon on cooled glaze over fruit. Our favorite salad.
