FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (17 oz.) roll refrigerated cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruits

GLAZE:

1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated

Use a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan or 14-inch pizza pan. Cover pan with foil, press the cookie dough evenly into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and remove from foil.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese. Spoon glaze over fruit.

GLAZE: Boil all ingredients except lemon juice for 1 minute. Then stir in lemon juice and lemon rind.
