FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter, softened

Mix all ingredients in bowl to form a ball. Press on bottom of pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

TOPPING:

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients together. Spread over crust. Decorate top with your choice of fresh fruits. Such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, cherries, grapes, raspberries, etc.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. apricot or orange marmalade
1 tbsp. water

Strain marmalade to remove pulp. Mix with water. Brush on pizza.
