TURKEY RICE DINNER 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. thin white sauce

TOPPING:

1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds (or other nuts)
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

White Sauce: Melt butter in pan and blend in flour, salt, Accent, pepper, and milk. Cook rapidly, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Yield: 2 cups. Combine rice, turkey, Tabasco, and white sauce; mix. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumb topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is crusty and golden.
