HAWAIIAN SUPER SUB 
1 6 inch long hoagie roll
4-7 slices of ham (preferably lunch meat)
1 4 oz can crushed pineapple
lettuce tomatoes mayo (anything yo want to top this with)
2 slices of cheese

In a skillet or electric frying pan on medium high heat (325F), saute ham for 1 minute.

Drain half of the juice from the pineapple can and add remaining pineapples and juice to the skillet. Cook for another minute.

Place the hoagie roll on top of contents of the pan. Slide a spatula under the combination and roll. Lift spatula while holding the roll and flip over. Top with cheese and the other toppings.
