SHERRY CHICKEN WITH WILD RICE 
3 chicken breasts, split
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
Wild rice

Place chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, paprika. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients, except rice, and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve chicken and gravy over rice. 6 servings.
