SHERRY CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, split
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
1/2 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary
Cooked rice

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and paprika. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 our. Serve over rice.
