CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 c. chicken (diced)
1 jar pimento
2 c. drained mushrooms
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3 hard boiled eggs (diced)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can creamed chicken soup
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. chopped onions

Mix well; put in casserole. Place 2 cups potato chips on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. You can use canned chicken in the small can instead of using fresh chicken.
