COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1/3 c. minced onion 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. parsley 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 bottle (12 oz.) Heinz chili sauce 1 jar (10 oz.) grape jelly Mix the first nine ingredients and form into 1 inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil in a skillet. Pour off fat, and remove meatballs from the skillet. Heat chili sauce and jelly in the skillet until the jelly melts, stirring constantly. Add back the meatballs and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Makes about 60 meatballs. |
