BROILED CHICKEN OREGANO 
MARINADE:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
2 tbsp. dried crushed oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. fresh, minced garlic

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces

Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Marinate chicken pieces for 2 hours in refrigerator. Before broiling, bring to room temperature. Remove chicken from marinade and put on hot grill. Barbecue over charcoal or under oven broiler for 15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown, basting often with marinade.
