1 round steak
2 to 3 slices day old bread, broken
1 whole sliced onion
1 lg. bay leaf
Allspice
1 slice smoked ham, ground

Sprinkle all the above ingredients on steak. Salt and pepper and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over steak. Roll steak up and tie with twine. Roll in flour and brown in skillet. Put in roaster and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
