WORKING STIFF'S STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. top round, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. catsup
3 or 4 potatoes, cubed
3 or 4 carrots, pieces
1/2 to 3/4 c. sm. pearl onions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika - couple dashes
Garlic powder - couple dashes
Flour as needed

Shake top round in flour seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix celery soup and catsup together. Pour the soup-catsup mixture over the floured top round (do not brown the meat first) and vegetables in a casserole; mix well.

Bake until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
