LAYERED SALAD SUPREME 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed & stemmed
Salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. sugar
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Shredded lettuce to cover
Salt, pepper, 1 tsp. sugar
1 c. raw mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 box frozen uncooked peas, thawed
Salt, pepper, 1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp. paprika

In an 11 x 13 inch casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the order given. Refrigerate 24 hours. May be prepared 24 hours in advance.
