LASAGNE 
Tomato Meat Sauce
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Ricotta
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper

1. Prepare sauce, allowing 4 1/2 hours for cooking.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned, separating into small pieces.

3. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in 2 quart baking dish. Top with a layer of noodles and half the Mozzarella cheese. Spread half the ground beef and half the egg slices on top. Sprinkle on half the Parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Top with 1/2 cup Ricotta.

4. Beginning with sauce, repeat layering, ending with Ricotta. Top Ricotta with 1/2 cup sauce. Arrange over this the remaining lasagne noodles. Top with more sauce.

5. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to set the layers. Cut in squares and serve topped with remaining sauce. 6 to 8 servings.
