CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. suet
1 c. grated potato
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 tbsp. hot water

Nuts and citron may be added. Steam 3 hours.
