CHEESE BALL 
3 tbsp. butter
2 sm. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tub country crock fresh Cheddar
1 1/2 tsp. chopped green peppers, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 pkg. chopped beef (you can substitute nuts for chopped beef)

Put Philadelphia cream cheese, country crock cheese and butter in a bowl and let sit at room temperature for about an hour, to soften cheese. Chop onion and green pepper. Place in refrigerator.

After an hour has past, mix both cheese and butter until completely mixed, then add onions, peppers and Worcestershire sauce; mix. Once you have all ingredients mixed, roll into a ball in wax paper. Chop up chopped beef or nuts and roll the ball until completely covered. To store wrap cheese ball in wax paper and then cover in either gladwrap or Reynolds wrap.
