PAPRIKALEBER 
1 lb. pork liver
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 green and 1 red Bell pepper
5 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. sherry
Salt
Pepper

Clean and dry liver, slice thinly. Roll liver in cornstarch. Slice Bell peppers. Heat oil, brown liver over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add Bell pepper, saute together for 2 minutes. Lower heat, add sherry and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
