4-5 potatoes
8-10 eggs (save two for the top)
1 large onion
Miracle Whip

Peel, cut in half, and boil the potatoes. Don't let them get too mushy. Hard-boil the eggs. When the potatoes are done, dice them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the eggs when done. Dice the onion. While the potatoes are still warm, mix together with Miracle Whip to taste. If desired, add white pepper to the mixture. Top with two sliced eggs and dust with paprika.
