CHERRY DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can cherry (or blueberry) pie filling

CRUST:

Butter 9x13 pan. Crush 1 1/2 packages graham crackers, mixed with 3 tbsp. sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes; let cool.

Mix well cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread evenly on cooled crust. Evenly spread cherry pie filling on top. Chill until served.
