ARIZONA MUD PIE | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. soft butter 1/2 c. nuts, crushed 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 pkg. Cool Whip 3 1/2 c. milk 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding Mix and spread flour, nuts and butter in 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread layer over first layer. Refrigerate to cool. Mix the puddings with the milk and pour over second layer. Refrigerate. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate. Serves 12. |
