OATMEAL/CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. (each) flour, rolled oats
1 tsp. (each) salt, baking soda
1 c. (each) white sugar, brown sugar, chopped pecans, coconut, chocolate chips
1/2 c. (each) butter, Crisco
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients except oats, nuts, coconut and chocolate chips; blend well; stir in remaining ingredients; chill dough for easier handling. Shape into balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each; place on ungreased cookie sheets; bake 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 85 to 100.
