MOM'S CARAMEL CORN 
15 c. popped corn
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Karo white
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix first 4 ingredients. Cook medium heat until bubbles around edge. Then cook 5 minutes. Add soda. Stir. Pour over popped corn. Stir well. Put in 2 pans. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes.
