CHOCOLATE CHIP RUM CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding 12 oz. sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. rum 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped nuts Beat all ingredients (except chocolate chips and nuts) on medium speed for 2 minutes then add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into a floured and greased bundt cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Needs no frosting. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional). |
