SUPER CINNAMON ROLLS 
MIX PART 1:

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. warm water

USING MIXER MIX PART 2:

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dry instant powdered milk
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 stick butter, melted

Combine parts 1 and 2 and start adding 7 cups of flour. Use mixer until too heavy, then use wooden spoon. Knead and work all flour in to form a nice soft ball. Place in well greased bowl and let rise until double.

Roll dough into rectangle shape 1/2 inch thick. Pat with milk, cover with brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up like a jelly roll; cut into 3/4 to 1 inch thick slices. Place in greased pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees on middle rack for 15 minutes. Frost while still warm.
