PINEAPPLE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs

CRUST: Mix these ingredients as for crust and pat 2/3 of the mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING: Mix and cook until thick. Spread on top of crumbs. Pat remaining crumbs on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until outer edge of crust gets slightly brown. Cut into squares when cool.
