PINEAPPLE MINT SALAD

Lettuce
Celery, sliced
Scallions, chopped
Pineapple chunks

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mint
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper & Tabasco

Combine dressing and pour over salad. Very refreshing.
