BLACK BING CHERRY SALAD 
1 can dark fancy black bing cherries
1 1/4 c. Taylor's sherry
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
1 box gelatin
1/2 c. orange juice
Pecan meats, halves

Mix first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in orange juice. Pour hot mixture over gelatin. When partially set, add cherries stuffed with pecan meats.

DRESSING:

1 orange
1 lemon
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon rind

Mix orange and lemon juice; add beaten eggs, sugar and salt. Cook in double boiler until thick. When cool, combine with 1/2 pint whipped cream or sour cream.
