BING SALAD 
1 can bing cherries (heavy syrup)
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
2 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple (16 oz.)
1 (16 oz.) coke
1 pkg. pecan halves
1 sm. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Heat bing cherries and sugar. Mix jello, water, pineapple and coke and pecans. Add cherries and sugar mixture; mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Top with cut slices of cream cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
