RED CABBAGE 
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tart apples, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice or cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 head red cabbage, thinly shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until golden brown. Add sliced apple, lemon juice, water, honey and cabbage. Stir thoroughly to combine. Season with salt. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
