CONEY SAUCE 
1/2 lb. beef suet
1 clove garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
Pinch oregano
Pinch cinnamon
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
3/4 c. ketchup

Render suet, remove cracklings, then add onions and garlic to brown, remove skins, let cool. Add hamburger and brown. Add rest of ingredients (except ketchup) and cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour, add ketchup, and simmer for another 1/2 hour. If too thick, add water while cooking.
