MEXICAN STUFF 
1 lb. hamburger
3 c. nacho chips
1 can refried beans
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown meat and drain. Line bottom of casserole dish with chips. Put meat on chips. Spread refried beans over meat. Sprinkle cheese over beans. Pour enchilada and tomato sauce over top, making sure that it is spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes. Tastes good served with sour cream and corn on the side.
