1 c. pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows
Coconut, if desired

Drain pineapple. Mix juice with sugar, egg yolk and flour. Cook until thick. Cool. Pour over pineapple and marshmallows. Add coconut if desired.
