PINEAPPLE MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Heat pineapple juice to a boil. Add 1/4 cup sugar, salt and flour. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Mix egg with remaining sugar. Add slowly and cook until thick and creamy. Add the marshmallows. Stir until all are coated. Remove from heat. Add pineapple. Chill and serve. Better if made several hours before serving.
