STUFFED POTATO PIE 
8-10 med. to large potatoes
Milk
6-8 slices ham
2 tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
1/3 c. grated cheese
6-8 slices provolone cheese
Butter

Boil potatoes until almost done, peel and mash. Add egg, grated cheese, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, salt, pepper and mix well. Consistency should not be too sticky. If this happens, add a few drops of milk. In a medium size pan (glass or aluminum), that has been buttered and sprinkled on bottom and sides with bread crumbs, add 1/2 the potato mixture. Place ham and provolone slices on top. Cover with rest of mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and pats of butter on top. Cook until top browns in oven 325 degrees. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
