SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp. clove powder
1 egg
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 drops lemon juice
3 drops soy sauce
Salt to taste

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Marinate chicken in all the spices mixed with lemon juice and soy sauce for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Dip pieces in the well-beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve.
