HAWAIIAN PIE 
2 pie crusts
1 (No. 20) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 bananas
1 tub Cool Whip
1/2 c. toasted coconut

Bake and cool 2 pie crusts. Slowly cook pineapple, sugar and flour until thick. Cool pineapple mixture. Slice 1 banana in bottom of each pie crust. Pour 1/2 of cooled pineapple mixture on each crust. Top each pie with Cool Whip. Top with toasted coconut. Chill.
