Delicious muffins! I doubled the recipe, and it ended up making 3 dozen regular-sized muffins and 3-1/2 dozen mini muffins, but they were well received by my friends and family who all got some!

These are delicious. I tweaked the recipe a bit: Only used 3/4 each of the sugar and the oil, and I used whole wheat flour instead of regular flour. Added some walnuts. Good luck trying not to eat all the batter before it makes it to the muffin pan! Definitely a keeper.

This is a great recipe. The muffins not only taste good, but they are fun and easy to make and the house smells wonderful while they are baking. The muffins are light and fluffy, My only complaint is that they are way too easy to eat.
