CRANBERRY GELATIN SALAD | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavor gelatin 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce 1 (8 oz.) sour cream Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Blend pineapple (and juice), cranberry sauce and sour cream in a blender or processor until sour cream is thoroughly blended. Stir into gelatin. Pour into loaf pan and freeze overnight. |
