CRANBERRY - ORANGE GELATIN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
2 oranges (chopped in blender)
2 c. whole cranberry sauce (1 lb. can)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 env. plain gelatin (Knox) (dissolve in 2 tsp. cold water)

Dissolve orange jello in boiling water. Add orange juice and let cool. Add dissolved plain Knox gelatin. Cool mixture in refrigerator until it starts to thicken, then add chopped oranges, whole cranberry sauce, celery, and nuts.

Pour into mold or flat pan. When firm, serve on lettuce or endive with mayonnaise or whipped cream.
